GP Solutions is looking for a Support/QA Engineer.
The Engineer will participate in the first line of support and QA, directly cooperate with software development engineers, QA, customers and business analyst.
Minsk office or remote.
Project:
Unified back-end solution for API integration of travel suppliers for a booking platform (aсcomodation, activities, transfers, car rent).
A strong candidate will have:
- Experience in software testing (6 month - 2 years).
- Negotiation and written/verbal communication skills in both English (Upper-Intermediate+) and Russian.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies (Agile) , tools and processes.
- Strong knowledge of QA basics, including test artifacts and documentation as well as practical experience in general QA activities.
- General understanding of web applications building principles, understanding of client-server architecture.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in software implementation, customer success and/or account servicing.
- Ability to implement and execute performance testing and API testing.
- Technical background (programming basics, experience in Linux, etc.).
- Familiar with JIRA.
- Travel related industry experience.

- Empathetic to final customer needs.
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage one's own workload with a high level of responsibility for success.
Major responsibilities:
Support:
- Providing timely and effective technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling tickets in Jira.
- Communicating with suppliers and clients regarding technical support inquiries.
- Working in Confluence for documentation and collaboration on support-related tasks.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Keeping abreast of product updates and new features to provide accurate support.
- Maintaining records of support interactions and resolutions for future reference.
- Following internal processes and procedures for efficient support delivery.
QA:
- Analysis of technical documentation.
- Performing functional and non-functional (white box) testing.
- Bug reporting, creating of detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test documentation.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Communication with the internal teams (developers,QAs, manager).

Test task remotely (2 days)
HR interview (30 min)
Project Manager interview (1 hour).
