As an HR Specialist, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of HR documentation (hiring, firing, vacations, etc.) in accordance with labor legislation, as well as monitoring compliance with all HR standards in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Preparation of timesheets based on confirmation letters from the client;
- Registration of employment contracts on the enbek.kz portal, work in 1c;
Communication with the client, consultation with the client on HR issues that have arisen;
- Submission of applications for the delivery of water, fruit, stationery, coffee;
- Work with correspondence: printing letters, registering incoming/outgoing correspondence, sending mail;
- Monitoring the proper operation of the coffee machine and office equipment;
- Communication on everyday office issues with the administration, answering phone calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum work experience - 1 year in the field of HR administration;
- Higher education;
- Experience in an outsourcing company will be a plus;
- Knowledge of 1C, Excel, Enbek.kz;
- Distinguished by your organizational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines;
- Desire to learn and develop;
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
