Project manager

Responsibilities:
1. Good Communication and coordination skills with government and external consultants, be familiar with the licensing approvals about engineering construction and land transaction;
2. Prepare various licensing materials according to the overall development requirements and progress of the project, and submit them to the government for approvals;
3. Be responsible for the coordination between the project and the local competent authorities, and establish a good relationship with the government authorities;
4. take responsible of project administrator and translation work
Requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in application and approval, and at least one complete application and approval for industrial real estate or industrial plant projects;
2. Familiar with the relevant laws and regulations on development and application of Almaty State, and the procedures for various licenses
3. Familiar with architecture and master plan
4. Fluent in Chinese;
