Represent Haribo Asia Pacific Company across the respective region. Develop and operate effective Route to market with distributors to manage operations, develop business and increase profitability. Set, monitor and achieve relevant KPIs to effectively support the business.

Key Duties
- Be the interface between the parent company and distributor teams for all queries pertaining to the launch and the date-to-date business and solve for them.
- Business development in Kazakhstan: finding opportunities for sales and distribution growth.
- Responsible for sales targets and other KPIs achievements
- Close cooperation with internal and external different business stakeholders and be a contact points for constant aligned actions.
- Responsible for handling and coaching/training of the distributor’s team with an objective of building sales capability.
- Monitor the key distribution parameters on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure achievement.
- Full control of coverage and distribution in each Kazakhstan branches as well as visibility
- Conduct periodic Business Reviews with parent company and the distributor and build action plans to drive growth.
- Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings with branches` management to review performance.
- Coordinate and partner distributor’s marketing team to develop the BTL activities and build calendar for the same. Plan and track the budget to ensure channel and brand profitability.
- Work closely with the supply chain and customer management teams to ensure right stock levels with proper stock replenishment.
- Work on sales forecasts for Kazakhstan with consideration of needs, demands, opportunities and risks.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in Kazakhstan.
- Design suitable Merchandizing Strategy with an objective to drive visibility and execution in the countries at the store level.
- Business travelling shall be expected 60% of the time.
Key Competencies and Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experiences in FMCG industry. Trade marketing and confectionary experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of the regional key clients in FMCG and channel distribution
- Strategic and Hands-on capability, Start-up mentality
- High motivation as well as passion and strong learning/adaptability
- Pro-active, independent, and self-responsible
- Good analytical skills, forecasting, budgeting, and experienced in setting up structure and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, good networking skills and ability to work with team & supervisor in different locations and with different cultures.
