Position: Country Sales manager
Region: Kazakhstan
Responsibilities:
Achieve ambitious sales targets across various channels, ensuring success in Sales In/Out, and Stock in Trade goals.
- Consistently meet operational KPIs, including forecasting accuracy, numeric and weighted distribution and in trade execution.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with action plans to drive target delivery.
- Sales roadmap implementation
- Develop and apply an effective channel strategy covering both Mass Market and Pharmacy segments.
- Take ownership of sales targets, create accurate forecasts, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade/Customer Marketing, and Field Force to focus on driving consumption.
- Support professional development and use of performance and development tools within the team.
- Effectively manage customer relationships across all channels, including their evaluation and selection.
- Oversee strategic key account programs and manage trade investment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of managerial experience FMCG or FMCH sales teams.
- Solid experience in building and executing commercial and channel strategies tailored to FMCG/FMCH industries.
- Fluent English
- Willingness and availability to travel across key regions of Kazakhstan.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Creative problem-solver, especially when managing multi-channel challenges with limited resources.
