What will you bring along?

• higher legal education
• experience as a lawyer for at least 5 years (experience with SGHA agreements is a big plus)
• knowledge of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
• knowledge of English at the level of upper-intermediate
• ability to work in multitasking mode, stress resistance, excellent communication skills

What do we expect you to do?

• organize the preparation of opinions on the legal issues of the company, as well as draft contracts, memorandums, regulations
• Collect signatures from the stakeholders, collect required documents for the signing of an agreement
• provide methodological guidance for legal work in the company, clarification of the current legislation and the procedure for its application, provision of legal assistance to structural divisions
