We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ethics & Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop initiatives to foster a strong culture of ethics, ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, and support ongoing risk management efforts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deliver engaging materials (newsletters, posters, emails, etc.) to promote ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
- Organize awareness campaigns and facilitate interactive workshops, seminars, e-learning modules, and face-to-face training sessions, including for newcomers.
- Support the planning and execution of key initiatives such as Ethics Day and Anti-Corruption Day, ensuring timely tracking of project progress and recommending improvements.
- Collect and analyze feedback to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Provide regular reports on training completion rates, knowledge retention, and overall training impact.
- Assist in identifying potential compliance risks and propose enhancements to processes and controls.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance reports, training sessions, and related activities to ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Monitor and evaluate company operations and business processes to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct background checks, Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, and due diligence investigations to support risk mitigation efforts.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field, professional certifications such as ICA in Business Compliance are a strong advantage.
- 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, legal, audit, or regulatory role.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., GDPR, AML, local and international laws applicable to the aviation industry).
- Strong understanding of compliance risk assessment, monitoring, and control processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, strong ethical standards, and professional discretion.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey compliance requirements to diverse audiences.
