Product owner (Stablecoin)

DatsTeam is a rapidly growing IT company. We have been creating our own products since 2012, ranging from advertising and gaming platforms to mobile apps and payment systems. Our development team consists of over 700 developers, and we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy
  • Develop a strategic plan for the product aligned with the overall Molecula vision and market positioning.
  • Stay updated on stablecoin trends, yield protocols, and evolving user expectations to ensure the relevance of Molecula offerings in this niche.
• Roadmap & Backlog Management
  • Develop and maintain a product backlog featuring internal and external integrations.
  • Balance the need for feature innovation with security considerations crucial for DeFi projects.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with other product squads and development teams to seamlessly integrate stablecoin yield solutions into the Molecula platform.
  • Participate in global platform vision development along with other product owners and executives.
• Agile Product Development
  • Translate yield farming strategies into actionable user stories to turn them into development tasks aligned with the overall platform capabilities.
  • Oversee sprint activities to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with existing users, potential partners, and internal stakeholders to validate product features.
  • Provide clear communication on product performance, updates, and any market-driven changes.

• Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
  • Define key metrics (e.g., TVL, APY, user retention) to track product success.
  • Iterate on strategies to optimize returns and user experience.
• Risk Management & Compliance
  • Ensure the entire smart contract and legal setup meet compliance standards, as well as any integrations.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, including overall yield performance.

General Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience & Technicality
  • 3+ years in product management or ownership in DeFi, fintech, or related protocols.
  • Familiarity with blockchain tech and smart contracts (EVM-based)
• Communication & Leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Russian language proficiency is an advantage (while English is the default language of documentation and written communication, development teams majorly use Russian to communicate during the meetings and privately).
  • Proficient in data analysis and risk assessment for yield-related products.
• Specific Desired Skills
  • Profound understanding of the stablecoin environment, different types of stablecoins, yield-generating structured products, protocols, etc.
  • Being an active DeFi user is a must.
