Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Receivable Manager to lead receivables operations and ensure strong cash flow management. This role is critical for maintaining financial stability and improving collection efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding payments from customers

• Monitor and manage customer accounts

• Ensure timely follow-ups on overdue invoices

• Manage receivables reconciliation and reporting

• Analyze aging reports and reduce outstanding balances

• Coordinate with Operations and Accounting teams

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of receivables management

• Professional accounting knowledge

• ACCA or International Accounting Certification required

• At least 3 years of overall accounting experience

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
