Руководитель отдела по дебиторской задолжности (Head of Accounts Receivable)

About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Head of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Subdepartment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Head of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Subdepartment to join our team and support our expanding client base.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management

Supervise and coordinate the end-to-end receivables process, including invoicing, payment posting, reconciliation, and collections.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables to maintain a healthy Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Establish and maintain credit control policies, credit limits, and customer risk assessments.

Oversee dispute resolution and ensure proper documentation for each account.

Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service teams to address billing issues and improve customer experience.

Monitor aging reports, identify high-risk accounts, and escalate for management review.

Prepare and analyze AR performance reports for management and auditors.

Additional requirements (if needed)

Strong leadership and team management skills; Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting. Proficiency in accounting software. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Process orientation. Effective communication across departments. Understanding of working capital management and cash flow optimization.

Experience

3 years.
