Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Oversee daily DMC operations (transfers, excursions, guides, transport, events);
- Ensure flawless execution of confirmed bookings and group movements;
- Monitor service delivery standards and guest satisfaction KPIs;
- Develop and implement SOPs for operational workflows.
Supplier & Contract Management
- Negotiate and manage contracts with, transport companies, guides,shops and activity providers;
- Monitor supplier performance and service quality;
- Ensure competitive rates and optimize margins;
- Maintain updated supplier database and contract validity tracking.
Team Leadership
- Supervise operations team (reservations, coordinators, airport reps, guides);
- Conduct training sessions on systems, destination knowledge, and service excellence;
- Implement performance evaluation and KPI tracking;
- Ensure cross-department coordination (Sales, MICE, Finance).
Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor operational budgets and cost structures;
- Approve operational expenses within delegated authority;
- Control deviations between quoted and actual costs;
- Support Finance in reconciliation and supplier payments.
Risk & Crisis Management
- Manage last-minute changes, overbookings, cancellations, and operational disruptions;
- Implement contingency plans for flight delays, weather issues, or force majeure;
- Ensure 24/7 emergency response protocol for in-house guests.
Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Analyze operational efficiency and identify improvement areas.
- Contribute to annual budgeting and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, or related field;
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in DMC or tour operator operations;
- Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan destination logistics and supplier market;
- Experience handling FIT, Groups, and MICE operations;
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
- Fluency in Russian, (English is an advantage);
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office;
- High level Excel knowledge.

Working schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday duty once every two weeks;
