Chief Accountant (Microfinance Industry)

Microfinance organization "SurfKaz Finance" is a leading microfinance company dedicated to providing financial solutions to individuals and small businesses. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled lawyer to oversee our legal affairs and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

Accounting Management

— Recording all business transactions: income, expenses, cash and bank operations, settlements with suppliers, clients, employees, etc.

— Preparation and Submission of Reports

— Tax reporting (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.)

— Statistical reporting

— Social contributions (Pension contributions, Social contributions, Mandatory social health insurance, etc.)

Work with Primary Documentation

— Verification and processing of invoices, acts, waybills, contracts

— Monitoring the correctness of document processing

Cash and Settlements Management

— Preparation of cash orders

— Monitoring cash and bank account balances

— Accounting for accountable funds

Payroll Calculation

— Payroll, vacation pay, sick leave calculation

— Withholding of taxes and other mandatory payments

Compliance with Tax and Accounting Legislation

— Timely updates to accounting policies

— Adherence to deadlines for reporting and payments

Interaction with Regulatory Authorities

— Preparation of documents for audits

— Responses to inquiries from tax and other state authorities
