Prepare S&O, waste, and employee meals reports for analysis and discussion with the Operations team to determine final shortage amounts;
Prepare monthly Chain Actual Cost of Goods (COGS) reports and perform variance analysis;
Participate in new product launches and recipe update trials by preparing pre-cost calculations and coordinating with Marketing, IT, and Central MDM for recipe configuration and linkage;
Perform periodic recipe updates in coordination with Operations and CMDM to ensure accuracy of COGS data and reporting;
Prepare required monthly costing reports for Head Office;
Review transfers and run costing processes in Oracle (ERP) Fusion on a daily basis;
Control inventory count schedules in the Super App system to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance;
Proven experience in costing / inventory accounting within a large organization;
Knowledge of local compliance and regulations in Kazakhstan;
Fluency in Russian and English;
Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus);
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment;
