Director of Reinsurance (Expat)

We are looking for an experienced Expat Director of Reinsurance to lead strategic development of our international insurance operations. If you are passionate about the insurance business, results-oriented, and ready for new challenges in a dynamic environment — this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s reinsurance strategy in accordance with international industry standards;

• Manage reinsurance programs and build partnerships with leading global reinsurers;

• Perform risk analysis and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors;

• Implement innovative reinsurance and risk-management solutions;

• Support and grow the internal team, mentor and coach employees.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role;

• Proven experience working with international reinsurance partners;

• Strong knowledge of international regulations and compliance standards;

• Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and analytical mindset;

• Fluent English (required).
