Technical Product Manager for Integrations

We develop a high-performance call center with a full range of omnichannel features and capabilities based on machine learning. We have integrations with messaging applications and platforms (whatsapp, viber, etc.), with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.), speech recognition, summarization, and more. Our infrastructure is located in Europe, Singapore, USA, and our engineering team has 40+ engineers.

Role: Product Owner / Technical Product Manager / Integrations Lead

Why This Role Matters

This is a hands-on, technical product role at the core of our platform. You’ll focus on integrations, API development, and system architecture to ensure seamless connectivity with external platforms and partners. You will work closely with engineering to design, prioritize, and deliver features that make our platform scalable and reliable for global clients.

What You’ll Own

• Lead technical product initiatives for integrations with CRMs, APIs, and third-party services

• Manage platform architecture, data flows, and API endpoints

• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and solution architects to deliver high-quality integrations

• Drive requirements gathering for complex integrations and automation features

• Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of integrations

• Support strategic initiatives that enhance platform capabilities for enterprise

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Integration PM or similar

technical role

• Hands-on experience with APIs, SaaS integrations, and technical architecture

• Strong understanding of data flows, CRM platforms, and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier/Make, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

• Ability to collaborate with engineering and technical teams on complex solutions

• Strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset

• Self-driven, accountable, and always curious
