Analyze market research, trends, and consumer behavior to determine optimal product introduction approaches.
Manage the development/delivery of marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, product presentations, and press releases.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft effective demand generation and product promotion strategies.
Identify key performance indicators and analyze deployment results to continually optimize approaches.
Establish and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
Manage trade marketing activities, including trade promotions, merchandising, and channel-specific marketing initiatives, to support sales and distribution goals
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluent spoken and written Russian and English (Intermediate +)
Proven experience in shopper marketing, CATMAN management, or a similar role
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
Exceptional project management and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
Data and insights driven, capable to work with Nielsen Shopper data and transform data into clear actions
Masterplan ownership and overall key activities/campaigns performance tracking (after-action review)
Plan consolidated NPD approach including (set clear quarterly KPIs for FF)
Instore branding lead in Tradition trade
