Requirements:
Solid experience in technology-related enterprise sales or business development experience in Industrial Automation, industrial IT, and Digital Transformation technologies.
In-depth understanding of oil and gas products, services, and technologies.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in oil and gas industry-specific areas (e.g., HSE, project management) are a plus.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.
