We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in a role as a Business\System Analyst.
You will play a crucial role in gathering and interpreting business requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving the design and implementation of our fintech solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for fintech to make a significant impact on our solution.

Responsible:

• Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by setting clear deliverables, timelines, and communication channels, and proactively address any issues or risks.
• Create business process specifications to meet regulator requirements.
• Work closely with IT teams to map business processes, and design workflows, providing the full set of artifacts like specificantions, UI prototypes, BPMN, UML, DFD, etc.
• Design and define Data Models and API Specifications.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering professional growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, half a year of which in the field of fintech or financial products/outsourcing, insurance, medicine.
• Experience in leading and managing complex projects, from inception to completion, and insights that drive decision-making.
• Effective communication with team and third parties in English.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
• High level of independence and self-management
