Director of International School (IB program)

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English at C2 level or higher (both written and spoken).

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of education, preferably in international schools.

• Proven leadership experience and strong management and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with IB programmes (PYP/MYP/DP).

• Understanding of international educational standards, learning processes, student assessment, and IB accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the implementation and development of International Baccalaureate programmes within the school.

• Ensuring high-quality education and compliance with IB standards.

• Working with teachers: mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development.

• Communication and collaboration with parents, students, school administration, and IB external evaluators.

• Developing and updating academic documentation and participating in strategic planning.

• Preparing the school for IB inspections, audits, and accreditation visits.
