Head of Academic Affairs

Provide academic leadership in the design, development, and enhancement of academic programs.

Ensure all curricula meet institutional, national, and international quality standards.

Oversee the implementation of teaching and learning strategies across faculties.

Monitor program quality, student outcomes, and teaching performance indicators.

Collaborate with faculty leadership to ensure consistency, accreditation readiness, and academic excellence.

Manage academic innovation initiatives, including digital learning, new program launches, and interdisciplinary projects.

Support professional development of academic staff and promote best practices in pedagogy.

Participate in strategic planning, policy development, and academic governance processes.

Master’s degree required; PhD is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of academic and/or administrative leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of higher education standards, accreditation, and curriculum development.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
