About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager who will take full ownership of a product - from early idea to large-scale growth. This could mean working on a new product in R&D stage, or developing and scaling an existing product in LiveOps phase.

What you will do - and how we know it works:

• Improve key product metrics: FTUE, Trial2Paid, LTV, Lifetime.

• Work with the company’s strategy and your personal KPIs.

• Run product experiments, improve funnels and monetization points.

If the product is new (R&D):

• Do market and competitor research.

• Find a strong niche or develop an idea from a C-level request.

• Present the concept, write requirements for MVP.

• Launch the product and move it into LiveOps.

Skills that are important:

• Lead Discovery → Delivery.

• Write PRDs and technical specifications.

• Build roadmap and prioritize tasks.

• Understand app lifecycle.

• Work with deeplinks, push notifications, in-app events.

• Know how to activate users.

• Work with subscription model, FTUE, Trial2Paid, LTV.

Analytics & A/B testing:

• Create hypotheses and test design.

• Understand sample size and success metrics.

• Know how to work with Remote Config and analytics tools.

Technical understanding:

• Can speak with developers in the same language.
