And we need a Product Analyst who will help the team make confident product decisions based on data - quickly, accurately and meaningfully.
What You’ll Do:
Build a data-driven approach within the product team - from hypotheses to success metrics.
Analyze user behavior - segments, scenarios, motivations.
Initiate and run A/B tests - from idea to result analysis.
Support product managers in decision-making and task prioritization.
Look for hidden growth points - problems, opportunities, underappreciated segments.
Set up, refine and maintain event analytics (events, tracking, consistency).
Product teams move faster because analytics doesn’t slow things down.
A/B tests are launched regularly and with purpose.
Insights emerge that actually impact metrics.
Product managers spend less time in SQL - because you’re here.
Dashboards and reports are clear, helpful and actively used.
What You’ll Need:
Hard skills:
Excellent command of SQL.
Experience in mobile analytics: retention, ARPU, LTV, trial-to-paid, CVR, segmentation.
Understanding of subscription-based monetization.
Proficiency with Amplitude, Firebase, Tableau / Looker Studio and other BI tools.
Deep understanding of cohort analysis and A/B testing.
Ability to visualize and communicate conclusions to business/product teams in simple terms.
