The Role

We are seeking a Junior Legal Associate / Legal Assistant to support our expanding legal and business development operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within an international fintech environment, supporting both internal teams and external partnerships.

You will work directly with our Chief Legal Officer and collaborate with regulatory advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain legal templates (NDAs, MoUs, employment, and vendor agreements).

• Support the preparation of compliance documentation and partnership frameworks.

• Participate in business development calls, providing legal input and follow-up summaries.

• Conduct regulatory research on UAE and U.S. digital asset and fintech laws.

• Coordinate with external counsel and track document progress and approvals.

• Maintain organized records and assist with internal governance materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or tech law.

• Excellent written and spoken English (impeccable grammar and clarity required).

• Interest in fintech, DeFi, and blockchain regulation.

• Comfortable in client-facing and partner communication settings.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with startups, blockchain, or financial technology firms.

• Familiarity with UAE and U.S. regulatory frameworks, including agencies such as VARA, SEC, or DFSA.

• Exposure to or interest in real estate or financial compliance documentation related to asset tokenization or investment structures.
