First point of contact and counselling of employees and line managers in office in China, Singapore, Switzerland in all HR matters (Labour Law, social security, taxes, HR policies, allowances and fringe benefits)(~ 15-20 empl.);
HR Administration for the offices (producing and updating employee documentation from entry to termination of agreement, preparing Employment Agreements and Reference Letters, tracking annual leave and sickness records; creating and maintaining job descriptions in line with current roles);
Controlling of monthly pay-rolling for offices;
Liaising and coordination relocation and onboarding process for expats (handling residence and work permits, visas, cost projections, compensation packages);
HR Reporting and Controlling (on actual personnel expenses, headcount, staff turnover) and monthly Personnel Expenses Budget for HQ;
Communication with authorities (pension funds, insurance companies, Migration Office, Tax Office);
Monitoring compliance with standards and requirements, established by local authorities;
Ensuring compliance with Employment law.
Requirements:
Higher education;
Fluent English; Fluent Chinese; Russian is a must;
Simular previous experience with an emphasis on working by hands;
