Sales Manager for fleet department.

About Us:

We are Citifuel, a leading provider of fuel cards and fleet management solutions for businesses across the country. Our mission is to help companies reduce fuel expenses, streamline operations, and manage their vehicle fleets more efficiently.

To support our rapid growth, we're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive B2B/B2C sales in the fleet segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in the fleet and logistics industry
  • Present and promote fuel card products and fleet solutions to decision-makers
  • Conduct meetings, product demos, and commercial negotiations
  • Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline (from lead to closing deals)
  • Work closely with the retention and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain all activity in the CRM system.

    Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in logistics, transportation, fuel, or fleet -services)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of fleet operations and cost optimization is a strong plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
