Sales Manager for fleet department.

To support our rapid growth, we're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive B2B/B2C sales in the fleet segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in the fleet and logistics industry
- Present and promote fuel card products and fleet solutions to decision-makers
- Conduct meetings, product demos, and commercial negotiations
- Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline (from lead to closing deals)
- Work closely with the retention and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain all activity in the CRM system.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in logistics, transportation, fuel, or fleet -services)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of fleet operations and cost optimization is a strong plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
