IT Sales Manager (SaaS Telecom Platform Vendor)

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative with a hunter mindset to develop business relationships with telecom operators, including MNOs, MVNOs, and fixed-line operators. The role involves selling our communications platform, focusing on large enterprise sales. You will be provided with leads, research, and marketing materials to help you close deals in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong business relationships with decision-makers at MNOs, MVNOs, and fixed-line operators.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and introduce our platform to potential clients.
Conduct cold outreach and engage in direct sales efforts to secure new business.
Leverage company-provided leads, market research, and marketing support to drive your sales initiatives.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover and client onboarding after deal closure.


Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in large enterprise or corporate sales, ideally within telecom or SaaS industries.
Strong networking abilities and experience with decision-makers at telecom companies.
Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
Experience in selling to telecom operators will be a significant advantage.
Ability to travel for trade shows and client meetings when necessary.
