What you will do:
• Process incoming leads from the app, website, and social media — no cold calls.
• Qualify customer requests: goal, status, timing, willingness to pay.
• Present our solutions (consulting, case support, document preparation) and select a service package together with lawyers.
• Schedule consultations and follow up on payments; maintain CRM, monitor the funnel and conversion.
• Follow up on scenarios, work with objections, and bring cases to launch.
• Maintain the highest level of communication quality: clear, respectful, without legal snobbery.
• Stay in touch with clients from different countries and time zones (overlap with US time zones is welcome).
You are a good fit for us if
• You have experience selling services or complex solutions (B2C/B2B), and closing deals over the phone/video is your forte.
• You are fluent in English (if you understand everything written here, get in touch!), and any second language is a plus: Spanish, Hindi, Nepali, Russian, Ukrainian, etc. (we are a multilingual service).
• You love order: deadlines, numbers, CRM, and transparent rules of the game.
• Empathy and clarity are your tools, and stress resistance is your quiet strength.
• You are ready to quickly understand the product and confidently communicate on legal topics; if you have a legal education or understanding of how immigration to the US works, this is a big plus.
