Senior Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to lead our marketing analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to foster growth in the digital industry. This role is well-suited for an individual who is passionate about data and is eager to guide clients in making informed decisions based on marketing.

Responsibilities:

◆ Lead strategic planning and execution of marketing analytics initiatives, providing data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (paid search, paid social, etc.).
◆ Own the analysis and monitoring of media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, proactively developing hypotheses to improve performance and support conversion rate optimization efforts.
◆ Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and align marketing strategies with measurable KPIs, focusing on improving conversion rates and optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
◆ Lead the execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, including A/B testing and user experience enhancements, to maximize campaign ROAS.
◆ Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze, and optimize custom reports and dashboards that communicate key insights, performance metrics, and campaign results.
◆ Provide strategic recommendations to improve digital marketing efforts based on data insights, industry best practices, and evolving trends.
◆ Manage, mentor, and guide junior and middle analysts, helping them develop skills and providing support for their professional growth.

Requirements:

◆ 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing analytics, growth, or data strategy, with a strong track record of driving measurable business impact.
◆ Advanced knowledge of analytical software, such as Google Analytics, GA4 with the ability to design, implement, and maintain robust tracking frameworks.
◆ Expert-level SQL skills, including optimization of complex queries and large-scale data handling in BigQuery (or similar cloud data warehouses).

◆ Deep, hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others), with a focus on scaling and efficiency.
◆ Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), including dashboard design for executive-level decision-making.
◆ Strong knowledge of CRO concepts, KPI math (ROAS, CPA, LTV/CAC), test-design principles, and data-driven decision-making processes.
◆ Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with demonstrated success in turning complex datasets into clear recommendations that drive performance improvements.
◆ Solid experience with statistical programming (Python, R).
◆ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
◆ Proficient in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).
◆ Proven ability to lead projects, mentor analysts, and keep deliverables on schedule.
