We’re growing the R&D team for Miracle Studio.
Miracle Studio is a product company behind Gold Treasure Casino, a fast-growing social gaming platform. Fully legal, it delivers an engaging, competitive experience without real-money gambling.

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager with proven hands-on experience to take ownership of our CRM strategy and execution.
You will be working directly with Customer.io (already live with several campaigns) and supporting our integration with Optimove. This is a key role where you’ll build, optimize, and scale user journeys from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across multiple lifecycle stages.
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) in Customer.io and Optimove.
- Define and implement segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and user behavior to improve engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data teams to align CRM with overall business goals.
- Drive innovation in lifecycle marketing by testing new ideas, tools, and approaches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM / Lifecycle Marketing experience, preferably in gaming, social casino, or online entertainment.
- Hands-on expertise with Optimove and/or Customer.io (must-have).
- Strong track record in designing and executing data-driven user journeys.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and reporting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Senior-level ownership: able to operate independently, set priorities, and deliver results.
