We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Support Analyst to work with our routing platform. Your main tasks will include analyzing performance metrics, monitoring delivery status, and helping improve the system's efficiency. If you can quickly learn new platforms, have a good understanding of numbers, and are comfortable with repetitive analytical work — join our team!
Requirements:
- English level at least B1
- Good skills in Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analyzing large datasets)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and learn them
- Strong numerical comprehension and analytical thinking (ability to navigate data quickly and draw valid conclusions)
- Attention to detail — a key skill
- Interest in monotonous analytical tasks
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and generate daily reports on delivery and performance metrics
- Monitor key indicators and report failures
- Detect and report sudden drops in successful deliveries, unusual pricing or routing changes
- Operate the platform, make routing adjustments
- Conduct test sends
- Communicate with providers via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram
- Generate invoices
- Report technical failures occurring on the platform
- Use independent judgment to improve platform and routing performance
