Senior Business Analyst

For working on BP Mobile projects, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help turn ideas into clear, working solutions. You’ll connect business needs with the technical team and make sure everything is well-defined and on track.

What you will do:

• Gather, analyze, and formalize functional requirements for the system modules under development

• Collaborate with the team to create module prototypes, present and demo them to the client, and adapt requirements based on demo results

• Work closely with technical teams to co-design the system’s integration layer

• Prepare and maintain documentation, including SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Prepare for and participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of functionality

What you should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst

• Proven experience in IT projects involving developing, implementing, or modernizing information systems from scratch

• Experience in full-cycle implementation projects: Pilot → POC → POV, etc.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.

• Experience writing technical and project documentation (BRD, SRS, UML/BPMN diagrams, user stories)

• Understanding of information systems architecture and integration principles (API, data buses, ETL, etc.)

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile)

• Strong collaboration skills with developers, testers, architects, designers, etc.

• Experience working with requirements management systems (Jira, Confluence)

• English level B1 or higher

• Russian - Fluent
