Responsibilities:
Be proficient in both English and Uzbek.

Possess relevant qualifications and experience in environmental and social management.

Act as the primary point of contact for all E&S-related matters.

Monitor adherence to waste management protocols.

Conduct routine site inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.

Address non-conformities promptly.

Lead environmental awareness training sessions for workers.

Maintain accurate E&S documentation and prepare periodic reports. - Coordinate with LNT to
implement corrective actions.

training on Gender-Based Violence and Harassment (GBVH) and the Environmental and Social Policy
Requirements:
Hazardous Material and Fuel Management Plan, OHSE Contract Annexure, Emergency
Response Plan, Waste Management Plan.

Maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all hazardous materials on-site.
•
Proper labeling and identification of hazardous substances.
•
Use of approved containment systems to prevent spills or leaks.
•
Safe transportation and transfer of hazardous materials in accordance with regulatory
requirements.
•
Segregation of incompatible substances to prevent chemical reactions.
•
Disposal of hazardous waste in accordance with applicable waste management laws, ensuring
treatment at authorized facilities.
•
Training workers on spill containment and cleanup procedures.
•
Availability of spill kits and emergency response equipment at designated locations.
•
Ensuring all workers handling hazardous substances are properly trained and certified.
•
Keeping detailed records of hazardous substances used, stored, and disposed of.
•
Conducting regular site inspections and audits in collaboration with LNT and the Project
Company.
•
Submitting incident reports and corrective action plans in case of non-compliance or spills.
