Key responsibilities of a Country Manager KZT:
1. Strategic planning: Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth in the market. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and setting sales targets.
2. Sales and marketing: Leading the sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies to promote products and increase market share. This involves developing pricing strategies, managing distribution channels, and monitoring competitor activities.
3. Team management: Recruiting, training, and managing a team of professionals to ensure they have the skills and resources necessary to meet targets. This includes setting performance goals, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
