An international FMCG (non-food) company is looking for a strong/well-experieneced BM, area of responsibility: 9 countries, location: Almaty.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development and implementation of brand plan for respective brands to achieve targets on brand KPIs, sales, profitability and market share in frame of agreed budget in full, on time
- Development of Brands’ Strategy and its implementation at respective markets
- Manage the adaptation of global and regional marketing strategy to the local market and for the optimal implementation of the marketing mix for respective markets
- Coordination and execution of brand communication strategy and media activities for respective market based on regional objectives with internal and external partners
- Develops communication brand strategy together with creative and media partner agencies
- Local adaptation of creative materials and its synergy within its respective geography, controls process of copies’ adaptation and aligns with Marketing Manager
- Aligns media plan, prepared by media agency with Marketing Manager
- Co-ordinates ATL, BTL, Promo, PR, Research plans implementation
- Actively manages the product portfolio by preparation and implementation of key launches:
- Identifies local targets, objectives and strategies for respective brands
- Evaluates global pipeline relevance for local market needs
- Manages brand portfolio, plans launches of new products and exits existing products in line with processes settled in business unit
- Tracks product portfolio constantly, reports, develops and implements measures to cater on business objectives
- Development of local price positioning based on global/regional approach with the aim of maximizing sales volume and profitability. Constantly monitors pricing for complete assortment
- Budget planning, allocation and control for every market and all sub-brands
- Constantly monitors competitive environment including competitive strategies and activities, and recommends contra actions if necessary
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE:
Higher Education (marketing, management, economics)
3 to 5 year experience in brand marketing (in FMCG sector)
MS Office user, developed Microsoft Excel & PPP skills
Fluent English. Knowledge of Kazakh language is an advantage
