About Our Partner Company:

The company uses a personalized approach and high-quality service to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for each client. Due to high demand and a large volume of incoming inquiries, we are looking for a Sales Manager to work with warm leads and grow within a fast-developing, in-demand field!
What We Offer:
Warm traffic and inbound leads only — no cold calling.
Average deal size: from $6,000 to $100,000
Total income: from 350,000 RUB per month (base + % of sales), no income cap
Additional bonuses for independently acquired clients — increased commission starting from the 3rd month and "Company Partner" status.
Top performers get the chance to travel to Chile at the company's expense!
Support from in-house experts during Zoom calls with clients.
Paid vacation after 6 months.
Clear, step-by-step onboarding program (up to 7 days) with a trainer and supervisor — fully paid.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct Zoom meetings with clients.
Handle the full sales cycle: from first contact to closing the deal (5 new leads daily).
Work in Bitrix CRM.
From month 3, begin attracting new clients and partners independently by:
Sharing company offerings on social media
Attending business events in your city
Hosting networking breakfasts or using other outreach methods(Full training provided!)
Who We're Looking For:
You are a great fit if you:
Have 1+ year of experience in B2C or B2B sales
English proficiency of C1 or higher
Are confident in closing deals via Zoom
Have experience working with high-ticket clients and are comfortable selling large packages
Possess strong communication skills and know how to persuade premium-level clients
Have worked with premium clientele and understand how to meet their specific needs
Have experience independently attracting clients/partners, building business relationships, and attending offline events
Bonus if you have experience in insurance, real estate, mortgages, banking, leasing, or immigration services
Working Conditions:
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00 MSK (your choice)
Remote-first, with offline meetings starting from month 3
On-time salary payments, monthly, no delays
