What you can look forward to

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• Depending on a position, qualified lawyer with 3+ years of practical experience in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial advice and/or project development/finance – with particular focus on transactional work; any additional practice area expertise would be beneficial and will bring additional value (such as PPP, energy and infrastructure).
• Strong academic background, work ethic and attention to details.
• Full professional proficiency in English, Russian, and (preferably) Uzbek.
• Exceptional time-management, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Can-do attitude, high level of integrity, and intellectual curiosity.
• Team player with a passion for excellence and good communication skills.
