Manage day-to-day accounting operations including invoices, payments, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with local tax regulations Maintain and monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll Generate analytical reports on company financial performance Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making Ensure proper documentation and archiving of financial data Work with auditors and external agencies when needed
Требования:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–3 years of proven experience in accounting Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Russian is a strong plus Proficient in 1C accounting software – mandatory
Familiarity with Simurg accounting/management software is required Strong understanding of Uzbek tax law and financial regulations Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential data responsibly Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
