Recruitment Specialist / Специалист по подбору персонала (временный договор 6 месяцев)

Role purpose

• Recruitment Coordinator supports Recruitment Partner by providing support through the full recruitment lifecycle including interview coordination, general candidate management & sourcing, production and collation of any required offer paperwork, and assisting with recruitment reporting and analysis.

Accountabilities

• Support Recruitment Partner with sourcing and recruiting efforts
• Manage stakeholders effectively throughout the recruitment process
• Work with Recruitment Partner to schedule interviews which may be face to face, telephone/Zoom
• Ensure all interview logistics are coordinated including candidate travel, meeting room bookings, and interview panel co-ordination
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring high levels of data accuracy
• Support Recruitment Partner with writing articulate job adverts and other recruitment materials
• Assists with reporting and analysis of recruitment data from the ATS
• Ensure new requisitions are appropriately assigned & managed on a daily basis
• Generate offer letters, contracts and other offer documentation where appropriate
• Ensures candidate offer and on-boarding process is managed seamlessly across teams/partners
• Administrate internal referral program
• Support Recruitment Partner with ad-hoc coordination support where required e.g. recruitment events, assessment centres, employer branding etc.

Qualifications

Knowledge, experience and capabilities

• Higher education
• Good knowledge of the end to end recruitment process to understand the importance of the administrative function
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Good reporting / data analysis skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of activity
• Ability to manage multiple diaries and availability to effectively schedule interviews
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Written and verbal English language (from Upper-Intermediate)
• Ability to analyze data through the use of charts, graphs, and pivot tables
• Experience of using an applicant tracking systems.
