The FFE Analyst will be responsible for maximizing the performance of the sales team through the use of data analytics, CRM systems, and sales processes. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales force effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system (e.g., Proxima, Salesforce, Veeva) is effectively utilized and data is accurately maintained.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on field team performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Training & Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop programs to address them.
- Strategy Development: Assist in developing the FFE roadmap in alignment with the overall commercial strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment on FFE strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Incentive: Develop incentive plans and performance metrics aligned with sales objectives.
- Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of digital tools for planning, optimization, and HCP engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data analytics, Business, Finance, Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Proxima, Salesforce, Veeva).
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a data analyst role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
