Job Description Summary

Sales Manager, PCS is leading the team of Sales Specialists, responsible for forecasting of Orders and Sales, building the strategy of selling the company’s products or services and maintaining relationships with existing and new partners. Sales Manager, PCS will focus on critical, complex, strategically important accounts, and responsible for the development of new business opportunities for new products or emerging areas.

About You:
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible and self-motivated person who will join our team as Sales Manager in Russia (Moscow). This role covers the whole territory of Russian Federation.

What you will do:

  • Leading the Team of Sales Specialists

  • Responsible for delivering Operating Plan (orders, sales, CM%)

  • Responsible for proper forecasting and visibility of the funnel

  • Strong collaboration with cross P&L colleagues to achieve targets

  • In a strong collaboration with Product team and other P&L-s, building and execution of sales strategy, marketing plans, promotion and advertising programs defined by the company in order to achieve profitable growth

  • Developing long term business relationships with partners and customers

  • Identification of new opportunities and negotiation of contracts

  • Achievement of sales targets

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  • Supporting of distributors’ activities including training, sales meetings etc.

  • Preparation of reports on various issues

  • Maintaining contacts with Headquarters regarding all aspects of the business.

  • Providing information on competitors' actions and product development needs

    What you should have?

  • Higher education

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices sales

  • 3+ years of People management experience

  • Experience in management of distribution network

  • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels

  • Good analytical skills

  • Self motivated, strong customer focus, proactive

  • Working knowledge of MS Office

Обязанности:

  • Руководство командой специалистов по продажам
  • Выполнение плана по заказам и продажам
  • Прогнозирование и управление воронкой продаж
  • Разработка и реализация стратегии продаж совместно с продуктовыми и маркетинговыми командами
  • Развитие отношений с ключевыми клиентами и партнёрами
  • Поиск новых возможностей и заключение контрактов
  • Поддержка дистрибьюторов (обучение, встречи и пр.)
  • Подготовка отчётности и аналитики
  • Взаимодействие с HQ и мониторинг конкурентов

Требования:

  • Высшее образование
  • Опыт продаж медоборудования от 5 лет
  • Опыт управления командой от 3 лет
  • Знание дистрибьюторской модели
  • Английский язык — уверенный уровень
  • Аналитические способности, ориентация на результат, проактивность
  • Уверенный пользователь MS Office
