We are seeking a highly experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. This role is critical to our growth strategy as we expand our presence in existing and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to drive traffic, leads, and sales for Bloomex.
Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify the most relevant targeting opportunities that will maximize campaign effectiveness.
Ad Copy & Landing Page Optimization:
Create compelling ad copy and design optimized landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing bids and placements to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while staying within budgetary constraints.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:
Continuously monitor campaign performance through in-depth data analysis, utilizing A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Performance Reporting:
Generate comprehensive reports that clearly communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for further optimization.
Trend Analysis & Best Practices:
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising, particularly on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring Bloomex remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 5 years of successful experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven track record of achieving positive ROI through paid advertising initiatives.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
