Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team in Minsk on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to lead infrastructure initiatives, optimize cloud environments, and collaborate with an international team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance website infrastructure hosted on AWS.
• Lead security configurations and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Management of CI/CD processes, containerization, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
• The client's team starts work at 2 pm GST (7 am in Minsk), so it's preferable to be available by 8-9 am.
• Availability for an ASAP start.

Technical Requirements:

• 8+ years as System Admin / DevOps Engineer (team leadership is a plus).
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Bitbucket for version control and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in cloud security best practices and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• English level B2 or higher (multicultural team, Japanese client).
