The Customer is a HOA management company rendering a wide range of services aimed at facilitation of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs) implementation for homeowner communities, which includes ensuring payments and billing are facilitated in a timely fashion, managing compliance issues with houses that are not following HOA, lawn and common area maintenance, etc.

The Customer’s current business flow is multi-tool that utilizes, among others, several legacy applications coded in Visual Basic and each having an associated access database for invoices generation, vouchers creation, properties requests processing, welcome letters management, etc. This workflow requires users to navigate across the applications which consumes considerable time and effort.

The Customer purpose is replacement of the existing legacy applications with a new, well-documented system that will aggregate core functionality of the old applications and all process actors under one umbrella and will streamline current processes making them more efficient.

What a DevOps Engineer will do:

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions using AWS services
• Communicate with stakeholders in English
• Communicate with other engineers to explain the infrastructure solutions
• Follow cloud security best practices
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline and automate software delivery processes.
• Automation: Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall productivity.
• Documentation creation and maintenance.

What we expect from a DevOps Engineer:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer,
• At least Intermediate (B1) level of English,
• Proficiency in version control using Git,
• Experience with Windows, Powershell, Terraform, Github workflows, IIS, AWS, dns, networking,
• Familiarity with databases including MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
