Accounting Consultant

GNIUS is a foreign owned consulting company in Kazakhstan, providing support to foreign companies that (are looking to) do business in Kazakhstan. The services we provide are:
+ Company registration services
+ Accounting outsourcing services
+ Payroll (EOR) services

For our Accounting Outsourcing business we are currently looking for an Accounting Consultant. In this role you take responsibility for the accounting of several legal entities. Those entities are all owned by foreign companies, with whom you have direct contact about accounting matters. The companies have different activities, most common are international trade and services provision. For larger projects the work is divided between the accounting consultant (acting as chief accountant) and accountant (processing of primary documents).

Responsibilities:
+ Execution of the full administration in 1C for several legal entities
+ For smaller entities you are the sole accountant executing the full administrative cycle on your own
+ For larger entities act as chief accountant and manage work of subordinated accountant(s)
+ Communicate directly with foreign clients about accounting matters
+ Regular provide reports and explanations in English

Requirements:
+ Education in Finance/Accounting
+ At least 5 years of experience working on Chief Accountant level
+ At least 3 years of experience working in an international company
+ Experience working as consultant is preferred
+ Good command of oral and written English
+ Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
