Your key responsibilities
- Extend support to drive projects to achieve agreed business growth targets e xecute integral support of Account Managers in their activity aiming to develop business;
- Handle all sales administration and coordination of regional sales budgets & targets, vitality reports and ad hoc requests;
- Manage requests with client and global business unit networks;
- Prepare presentations and support in communicating proposals, plans and submissions to clients;
- Coordinate on going projects and events. Liaise with both internal and client’s Marketing, Innovation and Technical teams regarding project status updates and meeting schedule;
- Control payments with the clients , p repare price offers for the Taste division;
- Edit letters upon superior and other employees’ request in Taste division;
- Draw up the demand for promotion tools;
- Translate documents and letters;
- Support certification process of flavors and sample shipments to clients;
- Monitor and control realization status of running projects, M&L notices within taste division.

You bring
- Min. 1 year experience in a commercial, marketing or sales support role;
- Able to work in a fast paced work environment;
- Organi z ed, meticulous and able to multi task;
