Since the day of the foundation, Visa Tier has become one of the leading British companies specializing in residence and citizenship by investment programs. Back in the days, we started the immigration programs in the UK and currently we have extended successful portfolios also in the US, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Ireland and we are planning to expand further. As the business continuously evolves in terms of immigration programs, size of the deals and significant increase of potential clients, Visa Tier is eager to enlarge the current sales team.

Visa Tier offers a complete suite of immigration programs allowing clients to expand their businesses, investment portfolio and support their families. We work in partnership with the solicitors and government immigration teams to be fully compliant with the local laws and maintain our 100% acceptance rate.

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and highly motivated Closer to join our fast-paced, high-performing team. You’ll play a pivotal role in converting warm leads into paying clients by delivering impactful consultations, building trust-based relationships, and guiding prospects through a smooth and high-converting sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth diagnostic sessions to understand client needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Deliver clear, structured product presentations with a strong value proposition.
  • Identify client pain points and recommend the most suitable solution from our portfolio based on their needs.
  • Qualify leads based on readiness and alignment with the offer.
  • Ensure timely contract signing and follow-up on payments.
  • Maintain communication with clients post-sale to build trust and ensure smooth onboarding.

Desired skills:

  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in high-ticket, consultative, or B2C service-based sales.
  • Experience with discovery/strategy calls, objection handling, and closing deals over the phone or video is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record in high-ticket sales or consultative selling.
  • Confidence and clarity when presenting premium offers.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and active listening — ability to uncover true client pain points.
  • Goal-oriented with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Proactive, organized, and result-driven
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy: ability to work with CRM systems, Zoom, messengers (Telegram/WhatsApp), and digital documents.
