Our client is a multinational company specializing in building materials. They are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate has an established network of developers, contractors, and industry professionals, and is capable of managing B2B relationships and delivering strong sales results in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, construction companies, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the building materials sector
- Prepare and present commercial offers, technical proposals, and contract terms
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, technical support, finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Represent the company in meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry
- Established network of developers and construction professionals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Fluency in Russian and Uzbek
- Basic working knowledge of English (for internal communication)
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- Availability for local business travel
