Central Asian University is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to promote and sell medical products. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare institutions, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; medical background is also considered
Experience:
• Sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector
• Experience working with healthcare institutions and making product presentations
Skills:
• Basic knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Fluent in Uzbek and English (spoken and written)
Soft Skills:
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Able to multitask, manage time, and work in a team
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
• Existing healthcare contacts in the region
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Additional language skills
• Willingness to travel
