Safety Manager

Truckstaff Solutions is a dynamic company specializing in establishing trucking businesses in the United States. We provide turnkey solutions for our clients, offering everything from legal documentation to fully operational departments, trucks, and drivers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and other safety standards.
• Oversee driver qualification files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and evaluations of safety protocols.
• Manage accident and incident investigations, including reporting and resolution.
• Provide training and guidance to drivers and team members on safety practices.
• Coordinate with outsourced teams to maintain safety compliance where applicable.
• Prepare and submit required compliance documentation and reports.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English and Russian (both spoken and written).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the trucking or logistics industry, specifically in safety management.
• In-depth knowledge of FMCSA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different teams.
• Experience working with outsourced teams is an advantage.

What We Offer:
• Salary: $1000 USD per month (depending on experience) and bonuses.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 18:00–02:00 (Tashkent time).
