LPP Kazakhstan is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in a leading international fashion retail company!
Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes for managerial, functional, and office positions, including support for new store openings.
Achieve hiring targets by filling open roles with talented and qualified candidates, prioritizing:
Office employees
New store openings
Current stores
Source candidates using diverse methods and recommend new recruitment channels.
Continuously update recruitment procedures and tailor hiring strategies to fit departmental needs.
Collaborate with the HR Manager and Regional Sales Managers to uphold recruitment standards.
Extend official job offers, negotiate conditions, and clearly explain employment terms to candidates.
Monitor recruitment trends and proactively propose new ideas and best practices.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and brand standards.
Maintain and update the internal career portal.
Support the design, adaptation, and delivery of training programs as needed.
Assess the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives and suggest improvements tailored to the local market.
Keep onboarding materials up to date across brands.
Contribute to various HR projects, including employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management.
Conduct orientation sessions for new office employees to introduce company policies, procedures, and culture.
Participate in additional HR-related projects and tasks as delegated by the supervisor or company management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment or a related field.
English language proficiency is a plus.
Solid knowledge of MS Office.
Familiarity with Talent Acquisition tools and methods (e.g., CBI, Thomas, Insights).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsible, adaptable, and positive mindset.
